A producer family in the community of San Pedro which is inhabited by 90 families. They are located almost 8 miles from the town of San Juan del Río Coco and through very difficult access roads, because of steep and rocky inclines. It is a producer family composed of seven people who invest what they earn in the farm and support their community. They are committed to coffee quality as a way of living. They harvest their coffee carefully with family labor, they pulp and wash the coffee and select the beans to separately dry their first quality coffee.
