This coffee comes from four producers, one from Samarkanda, another from Nueva Esperanza, and two from Estrechura. They are producers who do not know one another much. It is the processing of natural coffee which has brought them together. Drying cherry coffee which occupies an enormous space in the yard and requires a lot of care, cannot be done in a hurry. The perfume which natural coffee gives off while drying attracts people and causes a pleasing sensation of the peasant coffee. It is coffee that comes from a good variety, good altitude, and diversified farms. Their coffee is a testimony to a new experience which opens their sense of smell and hearts to the goodness of their own product.
